The Academy of Clinical Microbiologists invites nominations from eligible members for the forthcoming elections to the Executive Committee and Council for the term 2026–29. This page provides a concise summary of the positions available and key nomination guidelines.

Note: For the post of Associate Editor, there will be 01 position each from the North, South, East, and West Zones.

Nomination & election guidelines (summary)

Interested members should submit their nomination using the official ACM nomination form (link provided below).
As per ACM bylaws, candidates must attend the General Body Meeting (GBM) in person, to be held during the Triennial Conference TRICON 2026.
If more than one valid nomination is received for any post, elections will be conducted during the GBM.
Submission deadline: Completed nomination forms should reach the Secretary, ACM on or before 31-05-2026.
GBM schedule: The General Body Meeting is planned during the 10th Triennial Conference (tentatively 7–9 August 2026).
